Abstract Currently, It is recognized as a high-cost inefficient logistics system that increases traffic congestion and environmental problems due to the increase in traffic volume caused by the activation of the online market. In order to improve inefficient problems such as inevitable traffic congestion and environmental problems due to increased traffic, it is necessary to develop cargo transportation system technology using existing urban railway infrastructure and cargo-only urban railways. The urban subway logistics system is a logistics system that requires a combination of various technologies to solve the rapidly increasing demand for urban logistics nationwide and road traffic problems. This paper recognized the existing traffic congestion and environmental pollution of road traffic as problems, identified the matters to be supplemented for each contact point at the subsystem and component level constituting the target system, and supplemented the contact requirements presented above. This study requires a plan to ensure the reliability and safety of operation from various perspectives as a complex systemoperated for one purpose by combining various technologies. The results of this study can contribute to the initial configuration and basic data to solve the interface bottleneck of the urban subway logistics system to be carried out in the future.
